With a large number of infrastructure constructing, the result is that there are more and more high spoil ground slopes. The high spoil ground which is large-deformation, more-void, under consolidated and unsaturated features will tend to cause landslide failure and cause serious geological disasters, especially at the time of rainfall. So considering rainfall is of great importance to the high spoil ground slope stability under the influence of rainfall.This paper studies the high spoil ground in chang zhou hydro-junction—bai sha cun. The relationship between the mechanics parameters of every layer soil are analyzed based on the triaxial tests of soils through consolidation test to simulate the process of self-weight consolidation of the spoil ground. Through the saturated-permeability test and the matrix-suction test, the relationship between the saturated permeability coeffient of void ratio and the soil-water characteristic curve are analyzed on the discarded soil.The test data was considered to parameters. And the relationship between the saturated-unsaturated of the high spoil ground slope, the change of seepage field and soil parameter variation under the different of rainfall intensity and rainfall time was simulated by SEEP/W software. At the same time, the influence of rainfall duration and rainfall intensity to the slope seepage field was compared.Pore water pressure and water head distribution were abtained from the analysis of seepage by SEEP/W software. Then in combination with mohr-coulomb failure criteria we can get the safety factor and the location of the potential slip surface by SLOPE/E module for stability analysis.
