It has passed30years since the Reform and Opening Up, China’s economy marketdeveloping rapidly, the speed of industrialization is intensifying, and the growingrequirements of large industrial equipment. The big equipment promote thedevelopment of large transport, under the analysis about a lot of statistical data, we seethe demand of transport is rising, the market competition is intensifying at the sametime, the discussion on the way to transportation and the question to transportequipment and so on has become an important research subject now. The big equipmenttransportation faces enormous challenges, and the development of large transport isimminent. In respect of transfinite transport vehicles, the laws, regulations and thecorresponding technical level at the present stage in China are not perfect andstandardize, which make it difficult for many large transport to develop smoothly.Silurian in this paper from silurian to plant grass lotus dam on the generator for theproject, in the prophase investigation and forecast report, for the safety evaluation ofhighway alignment under the conditions of loading big equipment.The early main job is to choose the way of transport and route, so it is particularlyimportant to choose the road alignment for the safety evaluation. Based on the survey,investigation, work on, collecting relevant data on the selected route-from silurianlotus dam power plant grass to silurian period, in order to achieve providing technicalguarantee for the safety evaluation of highway alignment.Through consulting the domestic and foreign related literature, understand thepresent situation and development trend of the big transportation, study reasonableanalysis method and assessment theory. From cars ackerman steering theory basicprinciple, analyzes major transport vehicle steering mechanism, designed and built thedeflection Angle of the wheel steering mode simulation mathematical model, and carrieson the analysis and the research, safety evaluation of road alignment method wasproposed.On the basis of perfect evaluation method, using softwares to compile a set ofheavy vehicle steering through sexual calculation program. As an example: fromsilurian to plant grass lotus dam section of generator bulk transport, calculation of passrate, in order to verify the reliability of the program.The study results for large transport vehicles through simulation calculation ofsimplification and the convenient useful, then make the safety evaluation of roadalignment.
