With the development of information science and technology and the importance of energy in society,the level of information construction has become one of the important symbols to measure new energy science and technology enterprises.At the same time,the construction of information technology plays an increasingly important role in the development and construction of the whole enterprise,so the comprehensive evaluation of the level of information system construction is particularly important and necessary.Based on the theory and method of information system evaluation,this paper uses expert survey,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and combines the author’s practical experience to study and construct a comprehensive evaluation model of information system construction level suitable for power generation enterprises.The model mainly includes the construction of the index system,the determination of the weight of the evaluation index,the score of the evaluation index and the calculation of the evaluation index.Guided by the basic principles of establishing the index system,the evaluation criteria are divided into seven categories: organization,performance,function,design,safety,application and economy.Then,decompose and refine layer by layer,and get the comprehensive evaluation index system of the TIMSS integrated system of Yudean.The score of evaluation index is based on the score of experts.The evaluation index system is optimized and updated by using the method of experts’ iterative exchange and discussion,so as to ensure the robustness and rationality of the evaluation index system.Secondly,the weight of the index system is obtained by calculating the whole index system with the method of chromatography analysis,and the comprehensive evaluation model of the system is established by using the method of fuzzy evaluation to evaluate the qualitative and quantitative indexes.Finally,the model is introduced into the example of TIMSS integrated system V2.0 of Yudean to validate the validity of the evaluation model and put forward rationalization suggestions for system improvement: first,to strengthen the construction of information talents;second,to further strengthen the level of information security;third,to increase the investment of information construction resources;fourth,to further strengthen the construction of information standardization.To provide a set of benchmarking evaluation indicators for the informatization construction of power generation enterprises can promote the improvement of informatization system construction norms and quality.It has practical application value and social value,meets the actual needs of the group,and has certain promotion value in the group and other power generation industries.
