Research On The Evaluation System And Evaluation Method Of Public Building's Energy Performence

With the development of economic,the area of buildings increase quickly.At the meanwhile,the issues about the high energy consumption and low energy efficiency are apprently prominent.The research of Building's Enenrgy Efficiency Evaluation System is under the project “the Exploitation and Research of the Building Energy Consumption Analysis and Energy Efficiency Evaluation System”which put forward by the Department of housing and urban rural development of Shaanxi Province,the Building Energy Efficiency Evaluation System provides guidance to improve the rational use of equipment and system operation from comprehensive diagnosis on building energy consumption.Firstly,according to the national and regional standards such like Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings and Standard for Building Energy Performance Certification and so on,my thesis put forward a evaluation framework for energy efficiency of public buildings of cold zones based on the principle of systematic,practical,effective and comprehensiveSecondly,trough the application of Delphi Method to design a research questionnaires to consult the professors who work on the area related to construction,such like intelligent building,structure,equpiment,etc.Then optimize and improve the indexs of the evaluation system according to the professor's advises,and get the geometric quantization of importance extent when compare the indexs with each other between The primary indexs and secondary indexs.Then calculate the weight ratio of the primary and secondary indexs via to use analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,referenceto the Building Energy Performance Certification from abroad,combined domestic standard for building energy performance certification and the professor's suggestions,then make sure the methods of energy performace certification of public building evaluation system which raised in this thesis,and set the rules and methods of socring and determining the level of energy efficiency in this system.Finally,research and development the evaluation software base on the established public building energy efficiency evaluation system,and desigh the front-end interface and evaluation program of all modules of the public building energy efficiency evaluation system software.
