Concrete mixer truck is a "link" between concrete mixing plant and engineeringconstruction site.In recent years, a large number of engineering construction promotestransportation of the concrete mixing truck, thus increasing put and use of the concretemixing transporter. However, concrete mixer truck traffic accidents occurres frequently,so the safety study of the transport conditions have to arouse people’s thinking. Concretemixing truck traffic accidents occurre for many reasons, they often causes mixing truckrollover accident which is one of the main causes of accidents among them whenturning. So, it is very necessary that turning safety study of concrete mixing truck basedon the transport conditions.This article introduces the composition structure and working principle of theconcrete mixing transporter firstly, expounds the working principle and structural designof mixing drum, through static location of center of mass of the mixing drum, thechange of stirring drum rotation center of mass, and the change of mixers to center ofmass, summes up the dynamic change pattern of center of mass. It establishes rollovermodel of concrete mixing truck to solve the critical cartwheel speed expression ofconcrete mixing transporters when turning. Then analysises the side tumbling stabilityof concrete mixing truck in corners, determine the idling rolled speed of mixing truckwith no load; Meanwhile, using value of influence of stable image to determine thelateral critical speed of concrete mixing transporter with full load. Determining advanceAngle, turning radius of mixer to get the safety speed when turning.Finally,doing theanalysis of engineering examples useing parameters of a real vehicle.Process based on the previous theoretical analysis, with the aid of developmentplatform of LabVIEW virtual instrument software, build program block diagram, andthe design of the front panel, the panel on the parameters can be set up manually asrequired, and then run, comparative with theoretical analysis results, verifies thecorrectness of the virtual instrument, and the test result shows that they are consistentbetween the results of operation of the virtual instrument and the results of theoryanalysis and calculation. With Angle, speed, weighing sensor and under the conditionsof the corresponding devices, the instrument is smart and can real-time display the safespeed when concrete mixing transporters turning, and judges whether the vehicle within the safe speed and early warning, so that we can ensure driving safety and preventrollover effectively.
