Analyzing the forms of the mechanism and providing the basefor the remaining using life.③Based on the reliability theory，determined the reliability index of wharfstructure. Analyzing the stability against sliding and overturning of gravity quay.Calculated with examples of concrete block quay wall of the safety system grade.④This text establishes the remaining life forecast model of existing concrete inport on the base of the reliability theory，as well as on the base of the carrying capabilityof concrete members.The above-mentioned methods can offer the theory basis for predicting theremaining useful life，analyzing the reliability，maintaining and reinforcement of it.
