Based on the situation of road transportation development in our country has entered the period of reconstruction and maintaining, produced a large amount of abandoned concrete mixture, and the Cracking of the cement stabilized macadam base led to the adverse effects on the highway use performance of the materials. In this paper, having studied the mechanical properties and cracking resistance by the experimental studies and the theoretical analysis. The conclusions of research will provide the theoretical basis and practical reference for design and construction of cement stabilized macadam and the recycle of waste asphalt mixture. In the experiment, it was added waste asphalt concrete, fiber and fly-ash in the cement stabilized macadam material, and through the test of unconfined compressive, splitting, elastic modulus, loss of moisture and dry shrinkage etc. The experimental which study the comprehensive mechanical properties and crack resistance of cement stability macadam material from intensity to drying shrinkage explored the situation which the different dosage and different combinations of materials affect the performance of cement stabilized macadam and found the discipline for under the effect of adding materials common effect on the properties of strength and crack resistance etc, Researcher hopes that this exploration can provide the theoretical basis for the further research about cement stabilized macadam material, the design and construction. In another aspect, the research adding waste asphalt concrete into the cement stabilized macadam grass-roots also can lower the project cost and reduce the pollution of the environment by utilizing waste asphalt concrete reconstruction and maintenance overhaul in the present and the future for a period.Through experimental study and theoretical analysis concluded, it can enhance anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized macadam base improve road with mechanical properties, improve the overall mechanical properties, reduce the project cost at the same time, protect the environment and produce good economic benefit and social benefit by adding suitable amount of waste asphalt concrete, fiber and fly-ash.
