With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and resource conservation,the problem of recycling has become a hot research direction.Therefore,this paper will waste asphalt pavement milling material for two times by crushing,fine material in the form of cement stabilized gravel,and the road performance test,performance at the same time make good use of these materials,to provide reference basis for the selection of new road base material.According to the specification requirements,the first test of raw materials,the static pressure and vibration experiment of 2 kinds of molding methods are compared,the gradation of cement stabilized gravel is calculated by using the test method,the clearance rate of VC A was more than VCAmix of skeleton interlocking structure checking,finally get the gradation.Through the study of the 3 groups of different waste asphalt fine material content of cement stabilized macadam mechanical properties,and the coarse and fine aggregate for the recovery of cement stabilized asphalt milling material contrast group comparison.Then,through the electron microscope scanning(SEM)to observe the interface between the waste asphalt fine material and cement slurry,and analyze the reasons of the changes of the mechanical properties.Study on the performance of the contraction,the first 3 groups of cement stabilized gravel content of dry shrinkage,temperature shrinkage test,according to test results of shrinkage of pavement cracking,crack spacing to compare the best dosage group and not mixed group improvement,economic analysis and optimal dosage group and not mixed group.The results show that:the waste asphalt fine aggregate cement stabilized gravel,improves the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized gravel;cement stabilized macadam flexural strength,splitting strength and compressive modulus with the waste asphalt fines content increased with the decrease of amplitude,contraction;improved dry temperature shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam,cement stabilized macadam base crack spacing optimal waste asphalt fines content increased significantly than no mixing group,and mixed waste asphalt fine aggregate cement stabilized macadam in terms of economic advantage.
