Crew scheduling is the core content of urban rail transit operation management.A good crew scheduling plan can improve driver productivity,reduce enterprise operating costs,and improve the refinement level of urban rail transit operation management.In this paper,combined with the operation specifications and characteristics of urban rail transit in China,as well as the impact of full-automatic driving on the traditional planning,a crew scheduling optimization model with certain versatility is constructed,and the corresponding hybrid heuristic algorithm is designed to solve this problem,then the calculation results are evaluated and analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Taking the crew scheduling plan of urban rail transit as the research object and reducing the total waiting time of crew as the optimization objective,based on the induction of the relevant contents of the crew scheduling plan of urban rail transit,this paper expounds the impact of the new driving mode on the crew scheduling,and analyzes the constituent elements and influencing factors in the optimization problem.It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the model.2.The time-space network is selected to model the problem,and the relationship between duties is topological to spatiotemporal network in the form of point-arc.The model can be applied to the both of scheduling problem of traditional and fully automatic driving mode.Considering the constraints brought by relevant laws and regulations and operation rules,a multi-objective optimization model with the minimum total waiting time as the main objective and the number of crew members and running time as the penalty function is established.3.Combined with the characteristics of the crew scheduling model in this paper,PSOGA algorithm is used to solve the problem.On the basis of the algorithm flow,the coding,initial solution generation,crossover and mutation of the algorithm are designed,and the MATLAB platform is used to write the program to complete the algorithm development.4 Combined with the X-ray operation case of Shanghai Metro,the calculation example is analyzed.On the basis of preprocessing the real operation data,this paper simulates the scheduling problem under the full-automatic driving mode,and uses PSO,GA and hybrid algorithm to calculate the problem at the same time.The results show that the optimization model and the hybrid algorithm are practical and effective,which provides a meaningful reference for the preparation of the crew scheduling of urban rail transit.
