Involute planetary gear drive with small teeth difference which is distinguishedby its strong load capacity, high driving ratio, small volume, light weight, convenientprocessing has already been widely applied in the mechanical engineering field. Withthe development of scientific technology and the improvement of manufacturing level,higher requirements are put forward on the efficiency, volume, carrying capacity andother aspects of transmission device.One-tooth differential planetary gear transmission device with internal meshwhich is a new type of Involute planetary gear drive system with small teet hdifference and possesses multiple advantages of fixed-axis gear drive and theplanetary gear drive. Furthermore, as the output mechanism, the inner gear ring itselfoutputs directly without extra output mechanism, resolves the impact of the outputmechanism on transmission efficiency and reduces the volume and weight effectivelyat the same time. It’s proved that one-tooth differential planetary gear transmissiondevice with internal mesh inner gear has potential applications in various fields, suchas the aerospace, deep-sea, mine, etc.This thesis mainly deals with the meshing characteristics of Involute planetarygear drive with small teeth difference, summarizes its basic theories and designs ofkey technology, builds a three-dimensional model of one-tooth differential planetarygear transmission reducer with internal mesh by means of Solidworks software,carries out the dynamics simulation of the model with the virtual software ADAMS,develops the one-tooth differential planetary gear transmission redu cer with internalmesh and derives the efficiency model. It is found that the deficiencies exist in thedesign, manufacturing and assembly process through the spot analysis. whichprovides important references for the further improvement of the reducer.This thesis mainly includes:(1) Studies the basic theories of Involute planetary gear drive with small teethdifference and put forward the key technology in the design.(2) Builds a three-dimensional model of one-tooth differential planetary geartransmission reducer with internal mesh by means of Solidworks software, carries outthe dynamics simulation with the virtual software ADAMS and learns thecharacteristics of the kinematics and dynamics of gear drive with small teeth difference.(3) Designs one-tooth differential planetary gear transmission reducer withinternal mesh independently and accomplishes the prototype manufacturing.(4) Derives the efficiency analysis model and calculates theoretical efficiency. Atlast, this model is validated through the dynamic parameters tests of the ZNDCT-6(I)transmission system.(5) Finds that by means of the meshing spot analysis, the deficiencies existduring the prototype’s design, manufacturing and assembly process and proposes therevising suggestion, which offers references for the further improvement of thisdevice.Through the study of this thesis, learns the characteristics of the kinematics anddynamics of one-tooth differential planetary gear transmission device with internalmesh, verifies the efficiency model and puts forward the improved measures in theprocess of the prototype development, which lays the foundation for furtherdevelopment.
