It’s largely believed that the performance of loaders infect the using of test-bed and experimental performance since they can provide load and simulate the real working condition. At present, The loader has its own limitations. For example, without the ability in changing moment during test, complicate structure, high cost, limited angle of torque, etc. The aim of this paper is to design the versatile and general loader.This paper summarized the development of loaders skills in domestic and overseas, and introduced some advantages and disadvantages of several types of loaders as well as the working principles of synchronous torque applying devices. I analyzed power flow of the closed test-bed because of different working conditions of loaders and I compared performance differences between different planetary reducer, then I decided to choose small teeth number difference to applied into the loader. The load motor used the electromagnet braking three-phase asynchronous motor with the standard squirrel-cage rotor and we can get an excellent loader with lots of benefits, such like infinite load torque angle, simple structure, chang torque at any time and so on.The paper emphasizes on a variety of restriction in the applyment of the loader:adopting the modification coefficient to eliminate the interference of gear, low efficiency and self locking in Return journey,and short life on Planetary bearing. Furthermore, Important parts is detected with the consideration of Dynamic load coefficient at the point of maximum load.Aimed at the asymmetric structure of small teeth number difference, I designed matching block. Also, I modeled, assembled and attached attribute to materials on Solidworks, and I used another feature of this software which was quality attribute function and it can evaluate dynamic balance to rotors. Aimed to the working condition of the whole rotor with multiple shafting and multiple revolving speed, I came up with a method which components were first then the whole. Finally, we need to use grinding and drilling skills to make sure the degree of dynamic balance of rotors meet the expected demand on correcting plane.
