So it isnecessary to look for an environmentally friendly, efficient and stable chemical performanceroad fiber.Basalt fiber, as a new type of environmentally friendly road mineral fiber, has beenprogressively used for road materials. It not only can make up for the low intensity of theorganic fiber, low elasticity modulus, high temperature performance shortcomings of poor,but also can be recycled. Therefore, SMA-13asphalt mixture and a new mineral fiber-basaltfiber are selected to carry out the the indoor test study of the performance of fiber asphaltmixture and compared with other fiber asphalt mixture performances to provide a reference tofurther improve the performance of the asphalt pavement.Through comparing several kinds of fiber itself performance research first, and thenthrough the dynamic shear test study of different fiber mortar of high temperatureperformance analysis, through the test and ductility test different fiber cone into the degreeslow temperature performance of asphalt mortar system research and comparison, and analysisof basalt fiber asphalt mortar enhancement effect, prove that basalt fiber has good physicaland mechanical properties. Again through the ductility test analysis different basalt fiberlength to fiber asphalt ductility, the influence of the maximum tension and the consumed work,basalt fiber asphalt mixture for road performance tests are used to determine a reasonablebasalt fiber length. After according to the Marshall test to determine the different dosage ofbasalt fiber corresponds to the optimum proportion.
