In this paper,the fiber stabilizer was used as the research starting point,and the three kinds of basalt fibers were studied in 17?m-6mm,11?m-6mm,11?m-3mm and lignin fibers.four fibers were applied to the discontinuous gradation SMA-13.Based on the comparison of performance indicators of basalt fiber and lignin fiber,SMA-13 correlation performance was studied.The results show that basaltic fiber has a slightly lower oil absorption effect compared with lignin fiber,but it can meet the requirements of Marshall index.Compared with lignin fiber,the stability of basalt fiber 17?m-6mm and 11?m-6mm is higher than that of lignin fiber,and 11?m-3mm is opposite to that of lignin fiber.Compared with lignin fiber,Indicating that a shorter fiber length does not form an effective lap in the asphalt mixture.In the mix of road performance,Through the experimental study,the following results have been obtained in the performance of the mixture road:(1).The basicity of the basalt fiber 17?m-6mm,11?m-6mm,11?m-3mm is larger than that of lignin fiber,among which 11?m-6mm is higher than lignin fiber 8.9%,and with the decrease of monofilament diameter,The more stable the effect.In the 20000 burgers,the basalt fiber 11?m-6mm has the smallest rut depth,which shows that the high temperature stability is the best.The stability of the basalt fiber 11?m-3m is slightly worse in the three basalt fibers.The results are the same as the rutting test.(2).The maximum bending strain of the three basalt fiber 17 mu m-6mm,11 mu m-6mm and 11 mu-3mm is higher than that of lignin fiber,which is the best result of basalt fiber 11 mu m-6mm.(3).The water stability of basalt fiber is higher than that of lignin fiber,mainly due to the fact that the water absorption capacity of lignin fiber is much higher than that of basalt fiber under the experimental conditions,In the three basalt fibers,17?m-6mm water stability is the best.(4).Shenlunbao leak test shows that the basalt fiber 17?m-6mm,11?m-6mm binder loss is greater than the lignin fiber,and basalt fiber 11?m-3mm and lignin fiber oil absorption rate is flat.The Kentucky Scattering test shows that the leak detection index of lignin fiber and basalt fiber SMA asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of the specification,the difference is small.Finally,combined with the research results of this paper,the basalt fiber 11?m-6mm and SMA-13 were successfully applied to Zhengzhou section of Shangdeng Lin Expressway.Construction in strict control,in the road acceptance,the indicators can meet the SMA-13 technical requirements.
