Asphalt pavement is prone to rutting,embracing,passage of time,water damage and other diseases,the use of fiber reinforced asphalt pavement performance of the road is being everyone's attention.Basalt fiber is a kind of new environmental protection fiber and polymer fiber and wood cellulose incomparable advantage has,high strength and good stability.The application of the in asphalt mixture,with huge potential and wide application prospect.Of basalt fiber on asphalt mixture performance impact,the paper selected AC-13 gradation asphalt mixture and basalt fiber of basalt fiber reinforced asphalt mixture road performance were studied,mainly from the following aspects were studied:1,the physical and mechanical properties of basalt fiber,lignin fiber and polyester fiber were compared and studied.The experimental results show that the basalt fiber has excellent mechanical properties,thermal stability and moisture absorption performance,but the adsorption performance of the asphalt is slightly deficient.2,through dynamic shear test,cone penetration test,tensile test,the rheological properties of different fiber mortar,anti shear strength and ductility is studied.The results showed that the fiber can enhance the high-temperature performance of asphalt mortar and shear capacity,and reduce the mobility of asphalt under the condition of high temperature.3,use the AC-13 gradation asphalt mixture Marshall test the material,according to the Marshall test results determined 6 different basalt fiber content corresponding to the optimum asphalt content,content is 0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4% and 0.5% of asphalt mixture corresponding to the best aggregate score: 4.9%,5.0%,5.1% and 5.2%,5.3%,5.3%.4,the fiber asphalt mixture at high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and anti sliding performance of the system were studied.Rutting test results show that the basalt fiber can effectively improve the asphalt mixture high temperature performance,improve the anti shear capacity of the mixture;low-temperature bending test and indirect tensile test show that,the basalt fiber can increase asphalt mixture of bending tensile strain,splitting fracture strength,vertical deformation and failure strain and improve the asphalt mixture low temperature anti cracking ability;immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test results show that adding basalt fiber can improve the water stability of asphalt mixture;by structural depth test showed that,the basalt fiber can increase to a certain extent the anti sliding performance of asphalt mixture.There is an optimum value of 5,basalt fiber dosage,basalt fiber dosage is 0.4%,asphalt mixture high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and anti slide performance of the integrated road with performance to achieve the best results.
