The thesis introduced the configuration structure and main functions and technical characteristics of electric energy collection system in Huzhou region. From the start of data acquisition terminal and system master station, gave a comprehensive introduction of system’s application status. A suit of fault processing methods has been given which induction and summary from specific examples, also the expansion of the system function is studied. A prospect has been given after research the system.The electric energy collection unit(ERTU) as the foundation part of the whole system, for its structure, function and features are analyzed, each function of the plate are introduced, and with the emphasis on the analysis of RS-485data transmission characteristics which we can enhance the understanding of ERTU. This paper takes a typical substation as an example to give the terminal debugging method and introduced the PRJ parameter data storage mode. For the master part, the front-end and WEB from two aspects, introduction of various functional modules of the characteristics, function and operation method.This article lists the multiple occurrence of previous instances of system failure, analysis of the causes, and proposes the concrete solutions, provide reference for future system maintenance. PI database is given and the application in digital substation inside the application that two specific examples, do something meaningful to try.
