Electric energy data acquisition system for power users acquires,manages a nd real time monitors electric energy data of power users,and has the function of automatic acquisition,abnormal measurement monitoring,power quality monit oring,power analysis and management,related data publishment,distributed energy monitoring,information interation of electric intelligent equipment.The system f inally reaches the purpose of automatic meter reading,peak electricity consumpt ion, electricity-stealing prevention, load prediction and saving electricity cost.Henan electric power company organized and carried out the Investigation and assessment of electric energy data acquisition system upgrading and reforming on the purpose of implementing the “3 years to enhance the quality of rural power”plan of Henan electric power,supporting the counties management, measuring and collecting business deepening application,city-county blend of measuring and collecting business according to “Principles of feasibility study on the master station expansion and functional escalation of electric energy data acquisition system”.The research was based on EAS Henan electric energy data acquisition system upgrade project.The analysis of Henan electric energy data acquisition system focused on the modules of basic application,operational management,statistical query,system management,and on the functional requirements of each module,which laid the foundation for the system design.The system design focused on the system data structure,the sever system and the prototype of the master station,which according to the relevant standards and technical documents of State Grid. Coding and testing according to the system design and finally summarized the work of system construction.
