Smart cars is one of the most advanced solutions for treatment of modern urban trafficproblem, and Monitoring of Vehicle Operating Safety State is the most important part ofrealization of smart cars. With the title “Study of Optimized Scheduling Strategies on ofVehicle Operating Safety State Monitoring System”, the thesis systematically analyses thekey technology of Scheduling Strategies of Vehicle Operating Safety State Monitoring basedon intelligent sensor, which can improve the performance of VOSM so that it can monitorvehicle operating state real-time and efficiently. The paper supported by the Program for NewCentury Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education (No.NCET-08-0211),Guangdong province Science and Technology Researching Project (No.20090119) and thenational natural science foundation of china (No.60472006). Researching work on this paperwill make certain contributions to development of intelligent network measuring andcontrolling technology and has great important in academic value and practical significance. The thesis systematically analyses research progress, mechanism and method of monitoringvehicle operating attitude, dynamic load, braking performance. According to the functionrequirement, structure characteristics and so on, VOSM system model is built based on thetheory of timed automata. By using bi-level programming algorithm to optimize thescheduling method dynamically, higher system updating rate is achieved. By simulationsoftware, feasibility and effectiveness of strategies is tested and verified. The main workincludes the following parts:①monitoring mechanism and method of vehicle operating safety state is researchedsystematically and deeply, and platform framework based on platform for vehicle drivingsafety attitude monitoring has been proposed;②According to the needs of real-time on VOSM system, four indicators of systemreal-time are brought about, and bottlenecks of task execution are found. Three optimizedscheduling strategies including update rules, hierarchical scheduling and collateral executionare presented, which are verified in UPPAAL based on Timed Automata;③By using Bi-Level programming to model, higher updating rate is achieved whensensor data acquisition rate is low. And the method is testified by simulation expertisement. The result shows that with optimization schedule the average refresh rate of systemimproves68.53%, the worst refresh rate improves21.71%, response time in data acquisitionimproves28.85%, response time in parameter calculation improves25%; The Bi-Levelprogramming performs very well in dynamically solving the optimal schedule strategy problem in VOSM system and networking monitoring system. With each vehicle’s operationstate information as the terminal, the management center and Internet monitoring as itsexternal components, the vehicle security monitoring and management network can achievemultiple functions including monitoring, controlling, management and decision-making.Study in our paper lays a solid foundation for the building of this comprehensive system.
