DC electronic load is a kind of instrument by controlling the internal power deviceto simulate the DC power output load working state. The content of this article is150WDC electronic load remote control software system design, the main purpose is the useof the PC resources of a wide range of input and output peripherals excellent dataprocessing and graphical display capabilities, making the instrument software moreconvenient, more humane; Same time, in the realization of on the basis functions of theelectronic load, extended instrument functions to enable it to meet the needs of differenttest items.This paper complex the electronic load equipment, electronic load with remotecontrol function hardware modules and electronic load remote communication protocolson the overall design of the remote control software, to analysis remote control softwarerequirements. According to the requirement analysis, the remote control software isdivided into communication module, control and processing module and theman-machine interface module. Based on the electronic load equipment functions andcommunication protocols, the communication module of remote control software is toachieve the electronic load control and data interaction. Control and processing modulesused of electronic load control logic and communication data processing is based on theuser function. The man-machine interface module implements a graphical functioninterface, access to the operation of the user, and displays the results of various tests.The main finished research work includes:1: The design of the remote control software with the communication functions of theinstrument. Including the realization of timing mode of the communication timing, theparameters and state transfer during communication process, the resolution ofcommunication parameters and status.2: The design of control and processing functions. The part is the concrete realization ofthe user function, including software initialization and the end, connecting instrument,file operations, language selection, automatic testing, IV curve test, the data processingfunction and so on. 3: The design of man-machine interface function. The part of the user-oriented, with anintuitive, fully functional characteristics. The module is designed for instrumentfunction and remote control software extensions, including all the basic functions of themain interface and its subsidiaries interface, automatic test interface, other extendedfunction interface (such as IV curve test).Through repeated testing and modification of remote control software program,achieved the basic function and specify the extended functionality of the DC electronicload remote software. At present, the remote control software is user-oriented release,according to the issues raised after the user experience and functional requirements ofremote control software version upgrade, add new extensions to meet the special needsof users.
