Abstract/Summary:
Coal resource is the important strategic goods and materials in china, railway coaltransportation at low rate, large capacity in all kinds of transport occupies an absoluteadvantage, and railway transportation of coal resource occupies a dominant position in freightrailway transportation. In order to satisfy the growing nation’s coal requirement of railwaytransportation, in2006, the railway ministry put forward construction a batch of strategicloading stations with mechanized loading and unloading, large storage capacity, whole traindeparture and whole train empty supply, showing our national coal-transportation to thecentralization in national railway transportation.First of all, the thesis analyses overall supply and demand of coal transportation in chinain macroscopic view, elaborating the overall direction of coal transportation in our country,Pointing out that the railway coal transportation there is still a big gap, putting forward thegeneral principles of railway coal transport, analyzing the way of railway coal transportorganization, pointing out that the main problem of railway coal transport capacity is toofragmented, causing insufficient in overall network. According to the principle of coalconstruction of strategic loading station of the ministry of railways issued guidance on theconstruction of strategic loading station of the whole railway network>in2006, collecting thedata of railway bureaus has constructed strategic loading station, putting forward existingproblems, analyzing the railway coal transport in the transport process under the differenttissue, analyzing the railway coal transport link of strategic loading station deeply.Secondly, the thesis according to the category of qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis, respectively introduces the general site selection model, analyzing that railway coalstrategic loading station is the secondary site selection problem. When built the model,analyzing that upstream of strategic loading station are usually constituted by the railwaytransport and highway transport, when the coal production enterprises connecting bothrailway lines and highways, distributing capacity to the railway or road network reasonably tomake costs least. And put forward that in the process of a complete transportation, road andrail change the number of times the maximum value of1, adding change fee into the model,offering to build number, change time, transportation distance and waiting time for the targetof the multi-objective0-1nonlinear integer programming model.Finally, the thesis introduces the basic definition of Immune Algorithm, express itsimplementation mechanism and the operation steps, taking both the coal distribution and therailway-road network in Hami area as the background, marking the public node with twodifferent label in railway-road network, using the weighted average method mark the roadnetwork distance unit-fee in the each path, putting forward the heavy wagons have onlydirection in railway private siding, drawing the railway-road mix network. Creating road andrailway network matrix respectively in the process of operation, Calculating strategic loading station upstream transportation problem convert to calculate K-short circuit problem, andcome to the conclusion. Examples prove that the immune algorithm had good convergence onthe strategic loading station location problem in the calculation.
