Study On Layout Planning Of Railway Strategic Loading Stations

Railway transport plays an indispensable role in bulk materials especially in the goods related to people's livelihood (mainly refers to coal, petroleum, grain, ore, construction materials, agricultural goods, iron and steel) .With the competition of transportation, railway must optimize resources and improve efficiency to maintain its advantage.Based on describing the situation in integration of railway freight stations, the basic characteristics of railway strategic loading stations, status and problems in the process of planning, rail transport organizational innovation and development trend are depthly analyzed. Then, planning methods of strategic loading stations are detailed discussed: ideas and principles of layout planning are firstly introduced, combing of common planning methods, fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method is choosed for planning of strategic loading stations, theory foundation and step is made and the model is constructed after that. For convenient application of the model, Visual Basic technology is used to establish strategic loading stations evaluation assistant decision support system based on fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation model.Finally, the planning of strategic loading stations in Taiyuan railway administration is taken as an example, applying assistant decision support system to evaluate supply stations after dealing with the relevent data of stations, so as to prove the practicability and operability of the research method .
