Research On Layout Planning And Development Model Of Strategic Loading Station In Jinan Railway Administration

Railway transportation plays an indispensable role in Chinese transportation, especially in the transport of bulk goods related to peoples’ livelihood. With the fierce competition of transportation, railway must optimize resources and improve efficiency to maintain its advantages. Railway strategic loading station is a modern cargo-loading place in the new period, which has significant influence to improve the production efficiency and the economic benefit of railway. Planning, constructing, operating, and managing railway strategic loading stations in scientific way is a valuable work which has realistic meaning. By researching to the present situation of Jinan railway modern logistics development and the planning construction and operation status of strategic loading stations, this article raised a feasible method of planning Jinan railway administration strategic loading stations and do practice with actual data, and then, analyzed the strategic loading stations’development countermeasures.This article mainly studies the content as follows:(1) Discussed the purpose and significance of strategic loading stations, and analyzed the changing of railway cargo-transportation flow by strategic loading stations.(2) Explained the planning and construction situation of Jinan railway administration strategic loading stations, and raised the importance of planning again of Jinan railway administration strategic loading stations. Discussed the planning principle of strategic loading stations. Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method is chosen for planning of Jinan railway administration, after that, a model of fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method is constructed, and a work doing practice with actual data is done.(3) Raised the countermeasures of strategic loading stations’development.
