| Building fossil oil storage system for the demands of increasing oil consumption year by year and strategic energy reserve for us will be a great strategic importance by using the large space of underground cave as the warehousing for oil and gas. It is very important for research and design for underground cave measurement device before measuring and researching the geometric construction about underground cave. This paper will relate to the primary design to the measurement device’s whole structure which is divided into the powertrain, supporting system, control system and release and recovery system by considering the underground cave measurement device as our research object, its special working conditions and situations of bathyscaphe study in the world wide. The concrete research works will be as follows.When we design the underground cave measurement device, by comparing electric propeller in the powertrain and motor pump and advantages and disadvantages in structural parameters and functions between electromotor and pump, finally, we choose the electromotor as a major part in the powertrain for the elastic manipulation of device and reasonable assemblage of structure. To assure the accuracy of data in measurement, it is necessary to keep the device steady and in a low speed. Actually, we have calculated propeller’s functional and geometrical parameters and used Pro/E to finish the three-dimensional solid modeling and simulation in propeller. To insure the safety and reliability in transmission, we have to complete the primary design of powertrain and verification and measurement for important section like the flexible shaft transmission.The external shell structure which provides the certain static strength not only is the most important section in supporting system which is the significant part in mechanical structure, but it is the external support of the dynamical system, energy supply system, control system and measuring apparatus in measuring equipment. To satisfy the Strengthã€Stiffness and sealing of shell structure, we carry out the stress analysis by modeling based on ANSYS, and providing the theoretical foundation of the feasibility structure design, we use Pro/E to model and simulate the end cap and electromechanical supporting structure.In designing the control system, we use the microcontroller as control system’s core element; by controlling the operation of motor, we can manipulate the operation conditions to measuring equipment which must keep fixed height above the earth and no sinking to the ground and rising to the ceiling by adding the chain beneath the device. We select the digital imaging sonar as the measuring apparatus and the battery pack as the energy supplying device to insure the installation size and the running distance and time at their requests.The foundation of the structure design and its control about measuring apparatus in the underground limited radial dimension cave has been introduced and providing the ways to reference and experience in the paper. |
