Research On The Development From Urban Residence To Low Carbon Residence

At present, China has overtaken America as the world’s largest greenhouse gas emitter. And recently appeared around the serious fog weather, and once again, let us realize the importance of low carbon to the common development of human and the natural environment. Urban city, as the representative of high energy consumption, and along with the advancement of China’s urbanization process, urban energy consumption will continue to rise. So, the city is the key to the carbon emissions reduction. While the rapid development of construction industry, the city is taken more than half of the energy which the construction of the total energy consumption, that is2times of transport carbon emissions.Now, for existing buildings, more than90%of the buildings are high energy consumption. And residential construction is one of the most important part of it.Therefore, residential construction low carbon energy conservation and emissions reduction problem is imminent. Vigorously development low carbon residential construction, is to reduce the pollution of the environment, protect the ecological environment, improve the quality of life, safeguard people’s health is desperately needed.This article embarks from the theory and characteristics of the low carbon residential construction, take the theory as the foundation, and with some urban residential building of Taiyuan city as an example, on the evolution of urban residential to low carbon residential analysed and studied.First of all, the article on the related concepts and development of low carbon residential meaning made simple introduction, and the theory and practice of low carbon building development at home and abroad were reviewed, comparing and refining. Second, the study of low carbon building integrated design, put forward the low carbon residential design process and related technology, for low carbon residential design provides the original framework. Then for Taiyuan city existing low carbon residential area-Taiyuan Wan Guocheng MOMA has carried on the on-the-spot investigation, with building low carbon building design evaluation identified to analyze all aspects of the community;Taiyuan city and the old residential area-the Lao Junying area of low carbon transformation puts forward some suggestions. At last, according to the actual situation of Taiyuan city, and puts forward some of the problems and challenges faced by low carbon residential; And promote the development of urban residential to low carbon residential evolution of some countermeasures.Finally, in the epilogue part, this paper expounds the development of Taiyuan city residential to low carbon residential development has made some achievements and innovation, and points out the deficiencies, as well as to the future evolution of Taiyuan city low carbon residential development outlook, hope for the future of Taiyuan city low carbon residential development as a reference role.
