Landscape Design Practice And Evaluation Of High-rise Residential Buildings In Taiyuan One College Based On The Low Impact Development Concept

The accelerating urbanization process has led to the emerging of urban buildings and hard pavements and various environmental problems have become increasingly noticeable especially urban flooding At present the ecological stormwater management idea represented by the low-impact development technology which has been widely recognized and applied by the academic community is an effective way to restore the urban ecological balance In some northern cities represented by Taiyuan although the winter is dry and windy the precipitation in summer is heavy Because the summer stormwater is natural to merge and scouring frequent rain and flood disasters are likely to cause land loss At the same time due to people’s demand for urban housing high-rise residential areas have become the most important housing mode Since residential area landscape is an important part of urban green space it is imperative to implement low-impact development technology in this area Through literature and data review field research and other methods this paper propose the design strategies and methods for low-impact development of high-rise residential areas in Taiyuan City Based on the reading of related literature and cases from domestic and overseas this paper summarizes the role classification development process and design principles of low-impact development technology;and practiced it with the Taiyuan One College The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Summarize the local conditions principle maximization principle systematic principle safety principle and economy principle in low-impact development and design of high-rise residential buildings Under the concept of low-impact development the planning and design of residential areas should be based on the landscape condition and fully utilize the stormwater ecological managing methods to promote the ecological effects of residential landscapes(2)Propose the low-impact development design process of high-rise residential buildings in Taiyuan City;research the classification and various measures of low-impactdevelopment technologies;and then investigate the current situation of rainwater management in One College which is a high-rise residential area in Taiyuan City Based on these this essay will propose the low-impact development and design techniques which are useful for landscape design in residential areas in northern China Finally the analysis of its LID design techniques will summarize the aquatic plants suitable for residential areas in Taiyuan City;conduct simulation experiments through the SWMM model and finally evaluate and teste the design and low-impact development techniques...
