| Earthquake disaster has extremely strong destructive power. Once it happened, not only caused great casualties, property, goods loss to the disaster area, but also caused great inconvenience to victims in their daily lives. Taking the large-scale gymnasium, theater, exhibition hall and other long-span public building as the carrier, earthquake refugee and relief stronghold is built for the purpose of resettlement victims, storage goods and materials, disaster relief and emergency rescue. It plays an important role in safeguarding people’s life safety and improving people’s living quality after the disaster. However, throughout the construction of disaster prevention shelter both domestic and overseas, especially on construction of earthquake refugee and relief stronghold, it is insufficient in quality and quantity and imperfect in the establishment of system and standard. By studying on earthquake refugee and relief stronghold systematically, some opinions and suggestions are put forward about site planning, function setting, structure design and instance simulation. The goal of this article is to provide the reference for the research of related topics and relevant policies.Based on a lot of literature materials, this paper introduced the meaning of earthquake refugee and relief stronghold accurately at the beginning, then raised the planning principles, which could be stated as:safety first, rational layout, combined with disaster, people-oriented, flexibility and synchronization, and raised the planning requirements about stronghold land, road layout, area of evacuation for everyone, infrastructure. After considering function, size, importance and other factors, the earthquake refugee and relief stronghold was divided into A, B, C three types. Due to the difficulties of building the earthquake refugee and relief stronghold, this article did a detailed description about function partition, device configuration, staffing and conversion between peacetime and post-disaster.Because of the high seismic requirements and security level of the earthquake refugee and relief stronghold, Based on the current code, This paper presented a new seismic precautionary goal, which can be describe as:"fully running under precautionary earthquake","normally running under rare earthquake "" basically run under catastrophic earthquake", and appropriately adjusted seismic checking content. Finally, designed a large-scale steel grid structure as a design example, checked displacement under precautionary earthquake, checked the bearing capacity under rare earthquake, analyzed the collapse process and checked displacement under catastrophic earthquake, come to a conclusion:the design method this paper presented is feasible. |
