This subject is one of the main content of <cientific research base——The development of building low carbon technology>.This subject regards low-carbon generation as the core, Monitoring system for auxiliary.then this topic has designed and implemented the intelligence laboratory construction.Firstly, the paper has designed the building programs of intelligent laboratory, drawn the system block diagram,and achieved Low-carbon power supply and monitoring.The article explains the PV generator rationale.Combined with the actual situation,this paper has designed and build a set of photovoltaic power generation system.The system consists of solar panels, charge controller, battery, inverter equipment, rectifier equipment, electricity load.The practical application of the system shows:the reliable power supply platform meets the design requirements,and has a good operating condition.Secondly, the paper discussed the output characteristics of monocrystalline silicon solar panels and solar panel in detail.After texted by experiment, The paper calculated the power generation efficiency of different materials panels, generating capacity and the cost of power generation. By a large number of experiments, The paper analyzes the solar panels in different states of the rotating and non-rotating.including the change of light intensity, output voltage, output current, output power, and the power generation efficiency change. The experimental data show that:the most cost-effective power generation system is built by the non-rotating single crystal silicon panels.Third,the Thesis design has build a signal detecting system,collect ed and monitored many signals,for example:battery panel output voltage, output current, the plate surface temperature, the surface receiving light intensity, the indoor temperature, humidity, etc. Papers selected MSP430F149CPU,designed and debugged the power supply circuit, signal conditioning circuit, the serial communication circuit. The paper design and debug power supply circuitry, signal conditioning circuits, serial communication circuit,write the monitoring program.The tests show that the design circuit and the development process is running correctly. Low-carbon power supply of The intelligent lab platform has been implemented.And it has been acceptance by the project team, Put into practical application,and ran well. This topic has good applicability and the promotion of a certain value.
