The wind-solar-battery hybrid plays an important role in society andeconomy sustainable development and environment protection. Wind-solarhybrid system may reduce some shortcomings of low reliability and high cost inwind power system and solar power system individually, and can make the powersystem operates safely, steadily and economically. For these features of thewind-solar-battery hybrid power system, I have researched the optimal designafter the collection and collation of the domestic/foreign related information.The structure characteristics and operation Principle of wind-solar hybridPower system are analyzed. Work characteristics of the key components and theirimportant functions playing in system are expatiated in detail. It makes atheoretical foundation for proposing control strategies and design of wind-solarhybrid Power system.Maximum power point tracking and their circuit realizing method arestudied, Uses a bi-directional inverter based SVPWM come to achieve maximumpower tracking control, Analysis of the basic control strategy of the batterycharging, power generation process.Planning and Design of the wind-solar-battery hybrid power systemaccording to the project implementation geographical and climate conditions.According to the conditions, the proportion that capacity of PV modules and fanscompares with total capacity in the system was established. The lowestinstallation of battery capacity was analyzed. Constraint relations were given inthe paper. Then according to the calculation procedure and the data collected onthe power grid project to optimize the planning.The structure of the power generation system’s control system was analyzedin detail, the working principle of the various components and the control modewere described in detail. The installation process of generation system wasdescribed in detail, including: the installation of wind power generation system,the installation of PV modules, the installation of batteries, the installation ofcontrollers and inverters, system connection, electrical connection systems andsystems in order to run tests and other steps.
