| Special equipment in pressure class is widely used and has high operational safetyrequirements, but is lack of a dedicated training and examination equipment system.According to the actual needs of the training and examination of pressure vesselsoperation, based on the technology of the computer automatic monitoring and animation,this paper is discussed a training and examination simulating system by semi-physicalsimulation, the main contents include:First, it’s analyzed the actual needs of the simulation system and put forward theoverall system structure of the upper-lower mechanism. Based on the advanced Ethernetautomation technology, it’s constructed the lower mechanism unit by the networkprogrammable controller, built the site operation terminal by the touch screen and theembedded configuration software system, constructed the upper system by the industrialcontrol configuration software and the general computer, combined the modified siteactuator, it is realized the real-time monitoring and animation simulation of thesimulative operation. Supported by the database of the configuration software, it can bebuilt the examination and student information database, and realized the expansion of thecustomer information database.Second, it is discussed the key technologies and general method for the analogsystem. Based on the MCGS configuration software and the Internal features of PLC, it’sachieved the RS-485serial communication between PLC and the touch screen system byMODBUS-RTU protocol, achieved the Ethernet communication between PLC and theupper configuration system by MODBUS-TCP protocol; used the way of combing actualwith situation by stacking images and photos, combined with the visibility control oftime conditions, it’s achieved a realistic animation simulation of real-time flow;transformed the traditional pointer meter, by the digital driven function of the steppermotor, it’s finished the simulation action of pointer instrument. Third, taking the autoclave for example, this paper is proposed a developed instancefor the simulation system of pressure vessel. It is analyzed the operation of autoclavesystem, developed the upper simulation system by MCGS configuration software,programmed the PLC control program based on the PLC-Config, and developed thetouch-screen system on the platform of MCGSE configuration, established theexamination and student information database of autoclave training under theenvironment of ACCESS database, it’s achieved various functions of the simulationsystem. |
