| Hoisting mechanism is the most main and the most basic institution of hoisting machinery. As an indivisible part, its work has an important and direct affect on the whole performance of the crane. With the rapid development of the national economy and the progress of science and technology, more and more companies put forward higher requirements on the control system of the bridge crane hoisting mechanism and pay more attention to the efficiency and security performance of lifting mechanism. This topic is based on the project "Crane and panel computer Integration", which is put forward by Kunming Tend-victor Mechanical and Electrical Equipment co.,LTD. Based on the control theory of MCGS and PLC, the research and design of the monitoring system of bridge crane hoisting mechanism is studied. To sum up, this paper mainly completed the following work:From the development process and trend of the domestic and foreign manufacturing industry, the development process, current situation and trend of the domestic and international hoisting machinery were analyzed. This paper summarized the research of the crane hoisting mechanism monitoring system, and put forward the research content and significance of this topic from the previous studies.According to the control requirements of the lifting mechanism of the bridge crane, a set of monitoring system was designed, which was mainly composed of host computer MCGS, programmable logic controller, variable frequency speed control system, and several sensors. The monitoring system can carry out PID variable frequency speed control of motor; can accurately control lifting heavy objects and height by PID; can monitor the electrical parameters of the motor, and alarm instructions; can detect the lifting load, so as to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents caused by overweight.This paper mainly solved the communication problem between S7-200PLC and MM440 inverter; the design of PLC control program; communication between PC and S7-200PLC; and the design of the monitor screen of the lifting mechanism monitoring system in the system. At the same time, according to the structured programming features of Step7-Micro/WIN software package, a lot of methods using reused codes, greatly reduced the difficulty of development and maintenance of the system.Experimental test was carried out on the 40T bridge crane foundation experimental platform which is built by Kunming Taidev Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Limited Company. Ultimately, the experimental results verified the monitoring system in the motor speed, lifting heavy object speed and height, and lifting load monitoring is feasible, and it is more accurate. Therefore, the design of the bridge crane lifting mechanism monitoring system is more successful, it is of practical value and has a wide range of application prospects. |
