It is difficult for the traditional operator training and evaluation methods to achieve physical operation training assessment.In this paper,a set of mobile pressure vessel simulation operation evaluation system is developed by semi-physical simulation technology.Firstly,the demand analysis and the overall design of the mobile pressure vessel semi-physical simulation operation evaluation system are carried out,and the composition of the simulation system and the main function of the system are determined.According to the process flow of LNG,CNG,LPG truck gas cylinders and LNG tankers,the detailed design method of the actual operation of the simulation system is given.Through the modification of the operation parts and display instruments in the real operation body,Class valves,pressure gauges and other operating parts and display parts of the physical signal and electrical signal conversion,and developed a data acquisition and processing system for the acquisition and processing of real operations on the body of the signal.In the mathematical model,the simulation system model is divided into two parts:container body model and pipeline system model.The mathematical model of liquid level,temperature and pressure is established respectively.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the system,the software of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation operation system is designed and developed by VS software development tool.
