Pallet is the modern logistics facility which including the function of conveyance、 turnover and stockpile. It is an important symbol to weigh the country’s logistics level. The plastic pallet includes the function of light mass、safety、long life、good integrity、low transport cost and so on. But at present we are lack of the ripe mechanics theory research on the plastic pallet to support its development. And many researches are based on the timber pallet and sheet little deflection theory. It requires more in-depth research on the plastic pallet to acclimatize itself to the mechanization road.Owing to the load on the plastic pallet, it shows big deflection lots of time. It will bring big error base on the little deflection theory. And the plastic pallet also shows the liner-viscoelacstic character because of the material. So for the sake of more exact research on the plastic pallet, it needs considering of the aspects of big deflection and viscoelastic character. To minish the biggest deflection, we usually add some ribs to coordinate the distortion and cut down the cost. In this paper, based on the big deflection theory and viscoelastic theory, it shows the viscoelastic big deflection theory to give some guidance. And the main research work and achievements are as follows:1. Based on the big deflection theory and viscoelastic theory, it shows the plastic pallet’s viscoelastic big deflection hypothesis, and finds out the plastic pallet viscoelasitc big deflection’s equation of equilibrium.2. Based on the bending sheet reciprocal-work theorem, it is proved the basic function of the plastic pallet which is under different working condition (flat and rack). And find out the pallet’s big deflection analytic solution using the Galerkin method to give some advises of designing of the pallet’s fork area.3. Using MathCAD to find out the biggest deflection to analyse the pallet upper sheet’s main parameter impact on the biggest deflection. And this could offer some directions to the designing and cost. The gap between the initial time and limited time biggest deflection is because of the relaxation moduli.4. Analysing the rib’s main parameter’s impact on the biggest deflection to offer a certain conduct to how to lay the ribs to coordinate the distortion. And then using Workbench to simulate the work to contrast the results, it shows the theory’s results are very close to the simulation which proves this paper’s theory having the validity.
