The shipboard helicopter used to be severely threated by surfy ocean,changeing climate,small and rocking deck.How to improve the shipboard helicopter’s landing safety has become an important issue in navigation and aviation fields.As the most important part to the safety of the shipboard helicopter,landing gear natually becomes the study and improve object.From the traditional skid landing gear to advanced crash-resistant swing arm landing gear,it has changed several times,gotten more and more crash-resistant.On the basis of design theory,the crash-resistant swing arm landing gear which is suitable to shipboard helicopter is researched in this thesis.Firstly,the landing gear is researched from the wheels,buffers and connecting mechanisms.The contents is include the selecting principle of wheel,the establishment of a tire static curve fitting platform,the structure improvement and parameter design of oil buffers,the analysis of the structure of swing arm and axle.And all the results are used for designing the structure of landing gear and calculating the buffers’ parameters for a shipboard helicopter.Secondly,based on the mechanical model of langding gear,a parameterized dynamic virtual prototyping of shipboard hlicopter’s langding gear which used for drop test and landing simulation is established by a dynamics simulation software called ADAMS /aircraft.The cushiony characteristics of landing gear is researched from the buffer stroke,tire force,equivalent mass’ acceleration in different langding condition.In addition,the acceleration and displacement of barycenter is checked in landing simulation of different langding condition by using the parameterized dynamic virtual prototyping.Finally,a coupled dynamic model which used for studying the finite element analysis and optimization of swing arm is established by the ADAMS/aircraft and ANSYS.The weakness and strength of swing arm is found and optimized.The quality of swing arm is effectively reduced upon the premise of ensuring swing arm’s strength.
