Our country’s economy has been going on for more than30years of rapid development,environmental pollution and energy shortages have become prominent problems associated with; In thiscontext, already in Europe and the developed countries widely used a green energy-saving air conditioning,underground water source heat pump was introduced into our country. Our government encourage thepopularization and application of underground water source heat pump technology, but the technology inChina’s development time is short and lack of detailed technical regulations and policies and regulations,not form a system, strict evaluation system, slows down the underground water source heat pumptechnology popularization and application; So for a specific area to carry out a feasibility study is verynecessary.Although in shihezi city and herd are already built in underground water source heat pump project.But if a wide range of application of the project or the lack of scientific guidance.
