With the rapid development of social economy,the shortage of energy supply and environmental pollution in China are becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,the underground water source heat pump,the green and energy-saving air conditioning technology,came into being.Although the technology started late in China,it has developed rapidly.Since it has many advantages,such as high utilization rate of energy,small pollution,low operating cost and convenient operation,it has been widely used in China.Groundwater source heat pump originated from the beginning of last century,and has been widely applied in decades.However,its development speed has been limited due to its uniqueness.The underground water source heat pump has a clean environment,the advantages of energy saving,energy in the growing concern today,with the "energy saving and environmental protection,green building" vigorously promote the Ministry of finance,the national development and Reform Commission,"energy saving from policy(water)source heat pump system" clearly indicates that the subsidies gradually the development direction of underground water source heat pump,water source heat pump heating is that it is worthy of promotion and application of cooling methods,has a broad space for development.However,the water source heat pump is not suitable for all areas because of the limited conditions.In this paper,the development of underground water source heat pump and its working principle is introduced briefly,the advantages and disadvantages of multi angle,the feasibility of Chaoyang City Longwan metro area water source heat pump system is analyzed;by using BIN algorithm and DeST software respectively in Chaoyang City Longwan new city residential building with two floor load and energy consumption simulation.Draw on the results of the two comparison results obtained in the summer air-conditioning temperature is 26 degrees,the winter air temperature is 18 degrees under the conditions of cooling load index using BIN method than DeST simulated cooling load index is smaller,the reason is BIN only considering several large load,ignoring the small the influence of load.The two ways of computing are consistent.The design of water source heat pump system in Chaoyang City Longwan New District has been preliminarily designed from the aspects of cold and heat source selection,load calculation and unit selection,and the cost analysis has been done by using centralized water source heat pump system and decentralized water source heat pump system.By comparing the operating cost of decentralized and centralized water source heat pump water source heat pump,when the air conditioning use rate of 10%,operating costs of centralized water source heat pump system than the decentralized water source heat pump system;when full load operation,centralized water source heat pump type water source heat pump operating cost score of scattered province 273 thousand and 800 yuan;the use of air conditioning rate is low dispersion type water source heat pump central air-conditioning system energy saving more obvious advantages,but in actual operation,more energy dispersion type water source heat pump system.
