The construction industry, as one of supporting lifelines of the national economy, bears the important mission of the national infrastructure and improving gross domestic product, and it is an important industry in socialism modernize build of China. Since the reform and opening up, the construction industry has been developed in China rapidly, manufacturing level has been rising and the construction idea has also received a large number of updates. But comparing with many foreign construction enterprise project management level, the level of project management and design ability are not in place in some of the construction enterprises in China, the situations like the over budget and over time limit have occurred from time to time, construction quality and safety accidents also happen in an endless stream. Since1980’s, our country will gradually put the project management as an emerging discipline and a special management method, this has brought the huge influence to the society, and play an important role in various fields and has achieved good economic and social benefits. In order to meet the needs of the objectivity of construction development, it is necessary to introduce the concept of project management in construction project.Many factors involved in the office building construction project of X oil production plant of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation, the interaction of human factors and natural factors enlarge the difficulty of construction management, and the traditional construction project management mode has been unable to meet the requirements of project construction.In view of this, combined with the actual construction project office building project schedule management theory and the office building construction project of X oil production plant of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation, the theory and methods of project schedule management is introduced into the construction projects. Through the scientific planning, demonstration effect and risk prediction, all of these will ensure the realization of reasonable cost budget. first-class construction quality. and at the same time, to ensure the project owner can play engineering effectiveness in the shortest time. In addition, through this study, the aim is to give full play to the advantages of project management and improve the level of construction, and the project management will plays a positive role in ensuring project quality, reducing the cost of the project and ensuring the project progressIn this paper, taking the office building construction project of X oil production plant of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation as the research object, according to the theory of project schedule management, combining with the specific background of project, and working breakdown of the project. On this base, drawing up the project schedule, establishing milepost and focusing on key points are for the smooth implementation of security. This paper will illuminate from four aspects:the construction organization, the optimization of the work process, strengthen the information communication and strengthen economic and technical guarantee, and form a project schedule to ensure the implement of the system; At the last part of the paper, I summarize and comb on the research content, and puts forward some prospects for the research of construction project management.
