As the process of urbanization of our country move forward,premixed concrete has witnessed rapid development and application in large andmedium-sized cities.Concrete batching plant also got rapid development, so its safety andreliable economy is being paid more and more attention. The topic of this paper isproposed in this theoretical background and practical initiative, which have certainlypractical significance.This paper takes the typical HZS240steel structure mixing plant as the researchobject, Combined with the actual project, ANSYS finite element method is used to do thestatic performance analysis, dynamic analysis, reliability analysis and optimization designon storage silo under-frame and the main frame-tower structure. First of all, according tothe stress status of the mixing plant steel structure in actual work situation, the appropriateload and boundary conditions is set to calculate the stress distribution and deformationlaw under various working conditions. The analysis results show that the structure canmeet static strength and stiffness requirements, which also have a lightened improvementspace. Secondly, each order natural frequency and modal characteristics of the structurecan be obtained through modal analysis of the mixing plant steel structure, from which thedynamic characteristics of the structure is evaluated entirety. Finally, the structureresponse under several frequences is determined by harmonic response analysis of themain frame-tower structure, the "peak" of the corresponding frequency response can alsobe found, as well as deformation law and stress distribution characteristics of the structureunder frequency harmonic loads are studied. Then, by using the PDS module of finiteelement software, dynamic reliability analysis is carried on the mixing plant steel structureto determine how much of section dimension parameters of each member and materialperformance parameters hit the overall performance of the structure, which can avoiddiseconomy produced by excessive safety margin. Finally, on the basis of the static anddynamic analysis of the structure, some of component section size is selected to be designvariables and the lightweight construction of the whole structure is taken as optimalobjectives, the structure optimization model is established to get the structurallight-weighting design on the premise of strength and stiffness requirement. And thecorrectness of system design and the efficiency of the optimization approach are verifiedby checking the result of the design.
