Tourist-type New Rural Spatial Planning

During the "Twelfth Five-Year Guideline" period, Guangxi focused on creating a number of characteristics of Towns and Villages, and this is a major initiative for developing village tourism. The villages that having good natural conditions and traditional cultural, have developed the farmhouse having the theme leisure travel, this initiatives enrich the contents of the town village construction. However this development model, also exposed many problems.In the urban-rural integration process, the orderly planning can be ensure sustainable development. Under the new rural construction background, this paper research rural tourism development, proposed a concept of the tourism type new rural. In connection with the deficiencies in the existing tourism type new rural planning, this paper proposes some new tourism-based rural planning methods. This means that planning should have a complete system, starting from the macro-regional urban and rural space system, then to the microscopic the rural interior space system. Development is the thrust, tourism is the direction, resources are the foundation, planning is the means, carrier is space. Based on the content of spatial planning and the theory of spatial planning, author put forward a innovative planning methods of "point, line, surface", provide valuable inspiration for tourism-based new rural planning.In the planning practice of Dingjiang village, Long’an county in Guangxi Province, the author combined with rural tourism development and new rural construction situation, objectively evaluated the construction situation, then applied the research theory of the tourism new rural spatial planning in Province, make the planning for DingJiang village in Long’an county. Finally, from the view of the planning and design, proposed the corresponding planning strategy, provided guidance for the tourism type new rural healthy development.
