The Liuzhou Financial Water Mountain Hmong Village Ecological Planning Studies

In the17th Communist Party Congress, the general secretary Hu Jintao reported for the first time that we should put forward the goal of building a moderately prosperous society based on the construction of ecological civilization. It is closely linked with the implementation of the scientific concept of development and building a socialist harmonious society. The idea of scientific concept of development with its comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development spirit, pointed out the significant role that ecological civilization plays in the development of the whole society. At the present stage, our rural development lags behind, to realize the social ecology, we must realize the rural ecology previously, so it is particularly necessary to carry out the village-ecological research in the planning and construction of new countryside.The papers,based on the Liuzhou Rongshui Miao Autonomous County new rural planning engineering,undertake the new exploration from an ecological point of view for the renewal and development of Rongshui Miao villages in mountain area, making efforts to create local ecological village model to adapt to modern social economic development.The research integrated from the horizontal and vertical perspective. By using the method of investigation and research of horizontal, carried out a detailed survey and summary for the surrounding natural environment, population and economic structure, road system, village construction and humanistic history of the selected villages and find out the related problems. By consulting relevant ecological village planning and ecological village planning case of vertical, this paper summarized the ecological village planning theories and practical experience. Then integrate the horizontal and vertical perspective to find out the ecological planning route that suitable for Liuzhou Rongshui Miao villages. On the basis of the research mentioned above, this paper chose the dazhai village as the typical ecological-planning example, carried out a detailed planning for the overall layout, road system, architectural design and landscape design of the village from an ecological point of view. Then I tried to combine the practice with the theory, to explore a suitable planning case for the local villages, do my best to form a positive guide for the planning construction and development in the future of the local new countryside. Our goal is to realize the ecological of local village, achieve the harmony of human and nature ultimately.
