Rail transport with its large capacity, short time consuming, low consumption, lowollution and other advantages gradually become the dominance mode of transport inpublic transportation system of many domestic large and medium-sized city. Due to thesite density and site accessibility of rail transit is rather low, which determines it mustestablish a reasonable and convenient connection mode with the regular bus,to play theoperation efficiency of rail transportation,the formation of a rail transit as theleading,advanced city public transit system.This paper study the characteristics of rail transportation and conventional public traffic,research the principle of seamless cohesion and tranfer of rail transitand conventional public. On the basis,make a deeper analysis on seamless cohesion facilities, site, the organization operational theory of rail transportation and conventional public traffic.Paper introduces the dock and transfer facilities of cohesion facilities, putforward their respective selection method for set and minimum requirements refer to thepassenger demands. From the view of bridging organization operation, discusses thecapacity matching and cohesion scheduling, puts forward a implementation policyunder unified management mode. Determining the demand site of rail transit connectpoint by statistics traffic and forecasting, in the design of rail transit and conventionalpublic traffic seamlessly connection site, in order to set the regular bus site. Putingforward feasible design schemes and optimization methods of regular bus stops, thenestablish a cohesion stance selection model,on the base of rail transit. Establish thestance fixed-point model by the position selection patter.Finally,this article takes an example of Chongqing, goes on to the positionchoice model and site location for verification by calculating application data.Getthe transfer optimization scheme of seamlessly connecting between rail transportation and conventional public traffic. Provide the theoretical and practical methodfor promoting further development of seamlessly bridging research field.
