| Due to the increase of urbanization, more and more large and medium-sized cities gradually become the important links and nodes of the transportation networks. The cities’earlier network systems are getting more inadaptation with increased urban transit traffic flows, which leads to conflicts between transit traffic system and urban traffic system, seriously affects the normal traffic order of cities, reduces the overall efficiency of urban traffic, restricts the city’s social and economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the adaptability of urban transit system and urban development system, and on the basis of the analysis results to set transit traffic organizations in the development of urban planning.Based on the method of combining theories and practices, this master’s thesis explored the methods of the urban transit traffic and the development of the urban planning with the example of Neijiang city. First, this thesis lists some methods for evaluating the urban transit transport system and the cities’ present development situation, including AHP, the generalized function method, method of grey correlation model, the entropy method of dissipative structure and so on. Through comparison and analysis, we adopted the HAHP to evaluate the adaptabilities of urban transit traffic system and cities’ present development situation in qualitative and quantitative.Then, through the investigation, collection and sorting the basic datas about the urban social and economic, Traffic integrated transportation and status quo of the traffic, we using two chapters to predict the urban social economic’ development, the comprehensive development of transportation and the volume of urban transit traffic. The method used to predict the traffic volumes of target year, we innovatively adopted a new way, which combines the method of the induced traffic volume prediction with the method of four-stage to predict traffic volume. The new method forecasts the traffic volumes by researching the quality of the area’ economic activities in target year and by researching the condition of the transportation impedance.At last, based on the predicted results and combined with the urban road network planning objectives, we proposed three kinds of universal applicability of urban transit traffic planning methods and analysed their pros and cons. Through the above reaserches, we planned Neijing’transit traffic by constructing transit freeway loops, circles of urban expressways, and the rays with the starting point in the center of the city. |
