Nowadays,the shortage of water and energy seriously hamperde social and economicdevelopment,thus water and energy saving seriously become the new development direction ofbuilding.Social waste of water resources is a large part of the water-supply pipe-network brokentube caused by high pressure.So modern technology requirements of water-supply located in thespecific location of water-supply pipe-network pressure water-supply pipe-network pressurepoints, pipe pressure of dynamic data acquisition and monitoring.So this can guarantee the userto be able the normal water used,also guarantee the water-supply pipe-network pressure as fortoo high does not cause the water-supply pipe-network broken tube. Most water-supplyenterprises have established water-supply pressure monitoring system.But under currentcircumstances, except a few big enterprises, most enterprises still encounter many problems suchas lagging communication method and lack of reliability of the data transmission.So therealization of a system of wireless remote data acquisition, transmission, supervision andanalysis based on GSM has become a very important.Firstly,this paper gives a deep research and analysis of the status of water-supplypipe-network pressure monitoringing system,we proposed the whole scheme of water-supplypipe-network pressure monitoring and dispatch system and designed the hardware and softwareof the system separately.Then application of the fuzzy clustering theory and model in themonitoring points arrangement,fuzzy clustering algorithm was presented and the algorithm canbe more accurate and reasonable monitoring points to optimize the layout.Finally,the research and innovation of this thesis are summarized and the research of nextwork is indicated.The key points of this thesis are as follows:1. The system communication protocol was designed.To make the system operateefficiently and stably,we design half-duplex communication protocol between theLower-computer and the Upper-computer.When receiving the SMS,it can avoid the wrong orderby setting the SMS ID and the Time-flag in the SMS encapsulation protocol.2. A method of water-supply pipe-network pressure monitoring points wasproposed.Methods of water-supply pipe-network pressure monitoring points are introduced,according to principle that the nodal flow is the most frequent and sensitive elements, combining fuzzy clustering model, using principle of hydraulics and fuzzy clustering, a set of relativelycomplete algorithm of fuzzy clustering that the water supply pipe network pressure monitoringpoints optimized layout is obtainted.
