| Global climate should be changes caused by human activities, have influencedthe development of the city, impacted on the Earth’s biological, physical, and socialsystems seriously, and become today’s international political, economic hot spot.With Urban Residential space being as the components of the urban systems andimportant carrier of the living environment, the existed resi dential updated basedon low carbon perspective is the inevitable choice to achieve sustainabledevelopment and build a low carbon eco-city.This thesis, which combines the research of "low carbon energy savingtechnology in urban community" by my supervisor, takes community as the objectof study, low carbon update of residential space as the breakthrough point, linkstraffic system, landscape system, activities space, public service facilities andphysical environment together by low carbon update methods, and puts forwardappropriate technology strategy, Explores the possibilities to take some measuresrelevant to reduce carbon sources and increase carbon during the process of theresidential update.Firstly, this paper summed up domestic and foreign low carbon residentialspace related research to define the perspective of this study, Secondly, elaboratethe theoretical basis of the space environment strategy and the development ofpublic space environment overview and practical exploration, provide the basis forsettlements environment update method and determine the strategy about lowcarbon technologies. Moreover, make clear settlements updated process relevantelements and needs of the residents based on the problems of the existed residentialspace. Finally, taking Hefei West Park Village as an example, from the operationalpoint of view, it demonstrated that the proposed strategy provided a reference forthe low-carbon Residential environment update. |
