The dual clutch type automatic transmission (Dual Clutch Transmission,referred to as DCT) is evolved based on the manual transmission. It has a hightransmission efficiency, simple structure, low manufacturing cost. It can be realizedwithout power interruption shift, shifting process does not have a significant impact. Theshift control software was developed to study the core content of the DCT. Traditionalsoftware development development cycle is long, complicated work, the development oflow efficiency. In this paper, the research group has been based on the study, based on theV-model development process, DCT shift the process of software development. In thispaper, the six-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission for the study, the main contentsinclude:1. The proposed the shift software system designed for the DCT system.2. In this paper, based on DCT control difficulties that shift control, a control strategybased on fuzzy control is proposed. And the corresponding control strategy developed inStateflow. According to the four different shift states, this paper established correspondingto control strategy. It also completed off-line simulation.3. The control strategy model code generation that software system integration.4. Based on the dSPACE platform for hardware-in-the-loop simulation, to verify theshift strategy.5. Actuator Performance calibration bench. The shift driving performance in a realvehicle calibration was tested. They prove that the control software meets the needs of thedriving function. |
