Low Tower-Cable-Stayed Bridge is one kind of good structural performance of the new bridge structure. With the development of technology and the attempt of new materials in engineering constantly, there are more and more research for the new bridge structure. This paper studies a Low-tower cable-stayed bridge on JiQi highway Anhui section, basing on practical application and finite element theory, in order to research the finite element theory of structre of bridge and its practical application, We test the sensitivity of parameters which involve construction control. Firstly, finite element method analysis model of the low-tower cable-stayed bridge is built by using Midas civil2011finite element sofeware, according to the result to analyse different condition of the stress performance of Low-tower cable-stayed bridges. Secondly,by comparing the different influence on tractural internal force and the linear various parameters of the Low-tower cable-stayed bridge, We find the main and secondary parameters which affect Low-tower cable-stayed bridge’s states. Lastly, relying on the results of sensitivity analysis to identify the primary parameters which affect the state of the Low-tower cable-stayed bridge by applying states with dichotomy method. Through the calculation of actual bridge, summarizing the identification and the promotion value of dichotomy method. Then basing on the results of sensitivity analysis, this paper introduced the application of grey system theory in the prediction of construction control of bridge. Also, combining grey system theory into MATLAB program, and then applying to the prediction of control parameter in the control construction.
