Study On Evaluation System Of High-rise Residential Solar Integration

With the declining of conventional energy, as well as advocating low carbon life andenergy saving and emission reduction, solar energy is taken more and more attention day byday because of its inexhaustible and more integration with building. City high-rise residentialsolar energy integration is in the new stage of the booming development, but the evaluationstandard of high-rise residential solar integration related lags seriously, restricting thedevelopment of solar technology in urban high-rise. It is imperative and imminent forachieving12th five-year plan goals of energy saving and emission reduction to promote solarenergy applications in the city’s high-rise and reinforce the research of high-rise residentialsolar integration evaluation system.This paper is based on reading a lot of technical literature, combined with related researchof the evaluation work of energy-saving building, green building at home and abroad, definingthe concept of integration of solar building and its ideal characteristics, analyzing problems ofwhich existing in the development process of High-rise Residential Solar integration and thenecessity of establishing evaluation system. Under the premise of reference of relatedevaluation of technical standards and specifications, through the key steps which includes theprinciple of establishing evaluation system, the design of hierarchical structure, thedetermination of evaluation index system, index weight calculation and evaluation grade toestablish and so on, using the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), fuzzymembership functions, from architectural planning, structure security, solar panel performance,environmental protection, economical efficiency in four dimensions, establishing high-riseresidential solar integration evaluation system.Through the case analysis, using evaluation system of high-rise residential solarintegration for comprehensive evaluation of a residential project in xi ’an, it further proves the scientific, rationality and practicability of the evaluation system established. At the same time，the Paper carries out some reasonable policy suggestions of solar energy integration evaluationwork in our country.
