Study On Quality Management Of High-Rise Residential Installation Project

With the development of urbanization,the contradiction between housing supply and people’s demand is increasing day by day.High-rise housing has become the main form to solve the urban housing problem.In recent years,the number of high-rise residential projects in China has been increasing year by year.However,the overall construction quality of high-rise residential projects still needs to be improved,and quality problems still exist.Installation project is an important sub-project of high-rise building construction,and its construction quality largely determines the overall quality of the whole high-rise residential project.Compared with civil engineering,installation engineering has its own characteristics,mainly reflected in: technology of installation project is complex,more participating departments,more quantity in same type of house,more construction points,a wide range of applications,frequent process crossover,mutual influence of the construction process.The installation part only accounts for about 30% of the total cost of high-rise residential buildings,but the installation project construction involves many key points,the difficulty of quality control,and the level of installation quality directly affects the use function of residents,so the installation project quality is particularly important.This paper firstly analyzes the research status of quality management of related projects at home and abroad,and then conducts targeted research on quality management by taking WH high-rise residential project of ZS construction company as a practical case.In the research process.This paper firstly introduces the basic situation of the project,identifies and analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality,and establishes the evaluation index system of the factors affecting the constructionquality.Then,the construction quality evaluation model based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established to evaluate the quality management of each building in WH high-rise residential construction project,summarize the quality level and existing problems of the project,and propose solutions and suggestions.This paper studies the experience and results of the installation quality management of WH high-rise residential project of ZS construction company.It can be used for reference by other projects of ZS construction company and enrich the theory of installation quality management of high-rise residential projects.For other counterparts,it plays a role.
