With the declining and depleting of conventional energy, as well as the need oflow-carbon energy-saving emission reduction, solar energy is taken more and more attentionday by day because of its inexhaustible. Now, china has become the biggest market of solarapplication and the biggest manufacturing center of solar collector in the world. Constructionis the most main applications of solar vector. Comparing with the other renewable energy, solar is taking an important role on reducing building energy consumption. One of theimportant directions of building energy management in our country and world is developingsolar building because of its more integration with building. So is the development ofrenewable energy in the world. However, there are many problems in the practice of theapplication of solar in construction. If these problems can not be solved, the application ofsolar heating technology in construction will be affected. And the completed projects willwast a lot of money because of maintenance issues in the future. This paper is based on the theory of the project risk management, combined with the actualcharacteristics of the high-rise residential solar integrated building projects. After reading lotsof related data at home and abroad, and the combination of theory and practical research, quantitative research and qualitative research, document retrieval and experts’investigation.Complex high-rise residential solar integration project risks are broken downinto easy-off risk factors, and these factors grouped by hierarchical relationships form ahierarchical structure,to build the project risk evaluation index system. In the mean time, this paper builds an project risk assessment model of high-riseresidential solar integration on Fuzzy mathematics integrated method combining with theadvantages of Fuzzy mathematics and AHP on the base of analysis characteristics of present project assessment methods. And this model is applied to a solar model community project inXi’an by analyzing the probability of risk factors and the effect on project. The riskassessment problems of high-rise residential solar integration are being solved. The degree ofproject risk is got.
