As the electronic devices in the spacecraft become more complicated, theoutput voltage is getting lower and the numbers of the output voltage isincreasing. Also, the output ripple and dynamic characteristics of each outputturn into importance features. This paper is proposed to design a low powermulti-output power supply to make it meet the high reliability and high stabilityin aerospace applications work requirements.This paper compares the commonly used multiple output topology structureand the magnetic reset mode, using the secondary-side resonant reset based onforward converter, its structure is simple, and the output ripple is low. The outputis adjusted by the coupled inductance and linear voltage regulator, the mainoutput use magnetic feedback to stable the output voltage in high precision, thethree other output is adjusted by the coupled inductance and linear voltageregulator.Firstly, designing a sequential control circuits makes each output voltage onthe electric timing meet the requirements. And then use synchronous rectifiertechnology to improve the efficiency of power supply. Moreover, to solve theminimum load current problems of the power supply, compared several magneticfeedback circuits which make the power supply work with no-load, then selectthe suitable current control type magnetic feedback modulation for the powersupply, and then verify its feasibility through experiment and prove itseffectiveness when worked in multi-output situation through simulation.Verify the rationality of the design of the power supply through experiment,and the steady state characteristics and dynamic response of the power supplywas tested, then verify the reliability of power supply by test it with long timeunder the Atmospheric pressure condition.
