This thesis is a part of the project which named"the research and development and application of new energy power supply device"(Grant No.20123036). Current advances in science and technology, dwindling fossil fuels and deteriorating world environment prompted the changing pattern of its energy, energy saving and low carbon design into the mainstream. Low carbon advocate of low energy consumption, low pollution economy mode. Renewable energy to be inexhaustible and pollution-free characteristics quickly filled the human energy demands. In this context, non grid connected solar power system with solar energy as the main energy sources can meet the energy trends, and meet the design idea of low carbon environmental protection, but this system also had the same problem that can not be power supply for long time, need to be improved to meet more practical application.A power supply controller which controlled the power supply platform with a variety of energy has designed,and the platform could supply power to achieve the interconnection. First of all, this paper constructed the solar power system as the main energy, with battery as a energy storage and electricity as a backup power supply, and chose devices for the power supply platform. The power supply controller has be designed for the overall functionality, the program flow chart and each hardware module.Secondly, it mainly introduced the power supply controller. The power supply controller had the function of charging up the battery, the function of outputting stable DC and the function of power switch to achieve the functions of the load of uninterrupted power supply.The function of charging up the battery used the method of three battery charge mode,which be designed in detail and simulated by the software of PSpice. The result of simulation showed that its output can meet the design requirements.The function of constant voltage output module has been design and simulate. The experimental plate of constant voltage output module welded.The experimental results and the simulation results of the module was consistent.MCU judged by all kinds of electrical signal which has been collect by MCU, switched power supply in the three power to achieve a stable power supply to the platform.Thereafter, the controller circuit board has been design and debugged. The schematic and PCB diagram was draw by the circuit design software of Altium Designer6.9. PCB design is an important part of the whole, not only in strict accordance with the requirements of the size of the package components, but also consider the many wiring rules. The designed circuit board could be soldering and debugging. In the process of testing and bugging circuit used the C language and implemented by keil software. Finally, the experiments were carried out on power supply controller. Built-powered platform to connect three power points and a variety of sensors, data were measured and analyzed. Taking into account the deficiencies of the existing solar power systems, the design of power platform and its controller, on the one hand powered platform can extend the working hours, on the other hand to ensure the battery life and reduce the cost of power equipment investment platform, while designed for constant voltage output DC load modules can be used to improve the energy efficiency of solar power systems. Currently, the innovation project has entered the concluding phase.
