Manned space launch site is a set machine, electricity, liquid, gas, as one of thelarge-scale complex systems, including non-standard, power supply, gas supply,emergency rescue for filling system to more than2Taiwan (sets) equipment. Systemrelevance strong, high reliability requirements. The system of manned space launchcomplex, for distribution system is the foundation of the research to carry outspecific work is as follows:1using the fault mode, effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and fault tree(FAT) two kinds of methods to reliability evaluation of power supply system oflaunch field, find out the key part of the system and the weak link, critical failuremode of equipment reliability, provide the basis for the inspection strategy andfacilities transformation, provide the idea for the launch failure analysis,troubleshooting.2summarizes the calculation method for each component of distributionsystem reliability, the problem does not appear in the process of using the equipmentprovided by the manufacturers, the inherent reliability calculation; for theequipment fault words, relatively accurate and timely statistics, reliability iscalculated according to the statistical records of equipment fault; fault words less,according to the fault time mission phase rate equipment’s mission reliability. Thelaunch site in various stages of power supply and distribution system reliabilitycalculation, provide the basis for the implementation of emission task.3pointed out that the power supply system of launch field is a multi input multioutput system, by analyzing the typical links, double loop and double power supplyof the system analysis, the key element of typical link, the power supply system oflaunch field typical link reliability analysis and evaluation method, the reliabilityand control measures of each system, can large and complex power supply systemapplied to any.4developed a friendly interface, easy to use application software, can carry outreliability information query, equipment reliability, mission reliability calculation,the launch site integrated reliability calculation functions, solve the launchreliability evaluation problem.
